Have Brunch This Weekend at Timothy Dean, Now Open in Bowie

March 15, 2019

If you’re looking for a new brunch spot, check out Timothy Dean. The restaurant opened its doors in December under the guidance of a skilled chef, who combines French and American flavors. The Sunday brunch menu also features a few other international influences, as evidenced by dishes like the Thai curry mussels with lemongrass.

If you’re looking for something spicy, try the jalapeno-infused cheese grits with herb-roasted barbecue prawns. For a more traditional morning meal, dig into the kalua French toast, brioche bread griddled to golden-brown and topped with fresh berries and maple syrup, or the Edna Lewis fried chicken and waffle. Timothy Dean also dishes out similarly inventive dinner dishes, from lobster mac and cheese to black truffle butternut squash soup, perfect when paired with a fine wine or a cocktail.
