Take a Ride Around the City on Chino Bike Day on May 19
May 4, 2018
Have you been meaning to get back out on your bike this spring, but haven't found the right opportunity yet? Chino Bike Day is it. Carve out some time to commit to your bike on the morning of Saturday, May 19th. The day of healthy fun kicks off at Ayala Park with a 15-mile community ride at 7:30 a.m., so rise with the sun and grab your helmet if you want to participate.
If you're a newer cyclist, sleep in a bit and come to the Bike Safety Workshop at 9:10 a.m. You'll learn the basics of riding with safety in mind just in time for the second ride of the day at 9:30, which is only six miles so that people of all ages and ability levels can participate. Even if you're not interested in riding, you can still come to Chino Bike Day to check out the fresh food and refreshments, bring your wounded two-wheeler to the Bike Repair Station, or join in the helmet fitting and giveaway.
