Try the Cheesecake at Baked Dessert Bar

When you’re in the mood for cheesecake, Baked Dessert Bar has the perfect snack-sized option for you. Its mini cheesecakes come layered artfully inside of mason jars, and they feature specialty flavors you wouldn’t expect. The bright purple ube cheesecake comes highly recommended. It features cheesecake infused with the purple yam (AKA ube) layered with chocolate-ube ganache, all perched atop a graham-coconut-cookie crust.
Since Baked reopened in its larger Chino Hills location in May, its unique Filipino treats—like the ube cheesecake—have won it many fans. However, the bakery also crafts more traditional (albeit, still creative) cakes, cupcakes, and other confections. For instance, try the Cookies and Cream cupcake with Oreo-cream cheese frosting or the Triple Chocolate Champorado cupcake stuffed with house-made chocolate rice pudding and capped with chocolate-condensed milk buttercream, dark chocolate shavings, and condensed milk ganache.
