That philosophy is the inspiration behind The Salt, a gourmet take-out spot, catering company, and special events venue that debuted about two months ago. So whether you need a quick dinner for two or a full feast for a party, Chef Beth has you covered.

When you’re just stopping in, check the freezer for barbecue chicken, smoked duck, or grilled veggie pizzas. Grab freshly crafted spreads such as sweet potato hummus, onion-bacon jam, or honey-blueberry goat cheese. Pick up some carrot-ginger or chicken noodle soup.
