Sample Global Cuisines This Sunday at the San Ramon Community Center
September 20, 2019
A culture is much more than its cuisine, but traditional foods can help shed some light on the lives of the people who enjoy them. That’s why the lineup of food vendors committed to Culture in the Community serves as a great snapshot of some of the diversity that the community has to offer. So far, it includes local eateries such as Hyderabad Biryani House, Shish Grill, and Mexxi’s.
The San Ramon Community Center will host chefs from these establishments and other locals for the bash this Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m. Eat your way through the various cultures and enjoy live entertainment, representing nations from around the world, on two stages. You can also stop by cultural booths that both engage and inform. Admission is to Culture in the Community is free.
