Sip German Brews at Bierhaus

The team at Bierhaus is so obsessed with suds that they don’t even call their appetizers “appetizers,” but rather “beer chasers.” That’s because the small bites are specifically designed to complement craft brews. Many of the snacks are globally inspired, like the lángos, a Hungarian fry bread with gruyere cheese and sour cream, and the cheese spaetzle with caramelized onion.

Bierhaus debuted in November with a broad slate of beers that features a heavy emphasis on German brews. Grab a pint and pair it with one of the small bites, or enjoy a larger meal. Try the Flammkuchen flatbread with gruyere cheese, smoked pork belly, creme fraiche, caramelized onions, and scallions. Savor the cheddar bratwurst topped with bier cheese peppers and onions. Or opt for the jagerschnitzel, which features house spaetzle with mushroom gravy and a side of field greens.
