Try the Deep-Fried Brussels Sprouts at Paradigm Scratch Kitchen
May 22, 2020
Chef Malcolm Mitchell has appeared on Food Network Star, Beat Bobby Flay, and NDTV Celebrity Chef Chinese Competition. From his personal chef service, where he cooked for celebrities including Mary J. Blige, Chris Tucker, Antawn Jamison, and Leigh Torrence to a program in accordance with Michelle Obamas “Let’s Move!” campaign, his accomplishments in and around food are remarkable.
With that in mind, it’s no surprise that his efforts behind Paradigm Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails are nothing short of impressive. He brings his family-centric roots and celebrated experiences to a head with menus ranging from “snacks” and “bites” to “mains” and “desserts.” Some customer favorites include their deep-fried Brussels sprouts, grilled prawn, barley risotto, lamb chops, and spinach salad.
Paradigm Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails is open Monday through Thursday from 4 pm to 9 pm and Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to 10 pm. Happy Hour takes place on weekdays from 4 pm to 7 pm. A Sunday brunch is in the works, coming soon but, in the meantime, Paradigm features an assortment of daily events, which can be found on the calendar on their website.
