Mango Mango Dessert Brings Asian-Style Sweets to Gaithersburg

The recently opened Mango Mango Dessert brings Hong Kong-style dessert right here to Gaithersburg. Their first store opened in New York City’s Chinatown in 2013 and has since expanded to locations across the country—and they’re still growing! The chain hopes to bring a modern leisure setting to cities around the world, giving them a delicious escape.
Mango Mango offers a wide variety of individual dishes and combinations, including crepes and waffles, sundaes, soups, and even non-dairy “Slush-Os.” The classic desserts include mango and an array of flavors and toppings, including sago, a starchy pudding addition similar to tapioca.
The menu features combinations like snow white juice with durian and black rice, mixed fresh fruit with basil seed, and special. Mango juice sago and pomelo with mango ice cream. For a more customized option, the crepe and waffle menu is made-to-order with the carb of your choice plus fruit and ice cream. With options like strawberry mango Nutella and green tea ice cream, there’ is a combination for everyone!
